Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Linvesther, including the public entry flow, authenticated workspace, account systems, profile surfaces, wallet tools, analytics, messaging, social features and related support and security workflows.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, signing in, using the Linvesther website or authenticated workspace, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and using financial software in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must promptly notify Linvesther if you believe your account, email address or authentication factors have been compromised.

3. Nature of the service

Linvesther is a software product for investor workflows, portfolio context, reputation, communication, analytics and recordkeeping. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Linvesther is not acting as your broker, custodian, investment adviser, dealer, exchange, transfer agent or fiduciary.

4. No investment advice or guaranteed results

Content on Linvesther may include opinions, research, analytics, commentary, trade intentions, performance records and user-generated materials. None of this constitutes a guarantee of future results. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, for evaluating third-party information and for complying with applicable law before acting on any content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Linvesther to:

  • Violate law, regulation, sanctions, market-abuse rules or third-party rights.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent track record, performance, identity or authorization.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas at abusive scale or bypass security controls.
  • Upload malware, execute attacks, spam users or distribute deceptive or manipulative financial content.
  • Use the service in a way that compromises the privacy, security or reputation of other users or the platform.

6. User content and public surfaces

You retain responsibility for content you submit, publish or transmit through Linvesther. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that content. You grant Linvesther the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure and distribute the content according to your selected settings and the normal operation of the service.

7. Verification, moderation and enforcement

Linvesther may use automated and manual controls to verify accounts, detect abuse, investigate incidents, moderate content and enforce platform rules. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, preserve service integrity or respond to credible risk.

8. Intellectual property

The Linvesther product, branding, interface design, software, documentation and service logic are owned by Linvesther or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or any underlying rights.

9. Third-party services

Linvesther may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, analytics, asset data and related services. We are not responsible for the independent acts, content or terms of those third parties, though we select providers as part of operating the product.

10. Suspension, termination and survival

You may stop using the service at any time. Linvesther may suspend or terminate access where there is breach of these Terms, legal exposure, abuse, fraud risk, security risk, prolonged inactivity or operational necessity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including those related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute-related matters.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linvesther is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, market accuracy or fitness for a particular investment use case. To the extent permitted by law, Linvesther and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for losses arising from trading decisions, missed opportunities, content reliance, downtime, data loss or unauthorized access beyond what cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to the service or terms

Linvesther may update the service, add or remove features, or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version, except where applicable law requires a different process.
